Hammerson Plc., owner of Bishops Square Complex and Birmingham’s Bull Ring Mall which are among the most important commercial buildings in the UK, has predicted that the decrease in the value of commercial property in the UK will be finally over after two years.

The first company among the four property giants to make a rights offer of 584 million pounds, Hammerson, had faced a dire situation when the value of its assets declined to 1.05 billion pounds in December from the earlier 6.5 billion pounds.
